Creating videos to showcase customers' stories
Adaptive Insights, a cloud-based business analytics software company, had an existing collection of customer testimonial videos, but they needed updating. The marketing team had planned to shoot new videos at their upcoming user conference, but they were focused on all the other details involved with hosting a two-day conference with 500 expected customers and partners from around the globe, plus a major VC funding announcement.
About five weeks before the user conference, Adaptive Insights asked Social Scouters to help capture their customers' stories on video. The project ranged from recruiting VIP customers, filming on-site to providing video edit selections. Social Scouters worked directly with Adaptive’s best customers, partners and venture capitalists to produce videos that would showcase their product experience, expertise and passion for the Adaptive brand.
